By accessing or using the LeanerTogether ("the App"), operated by Holding Hands Singapore ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
The LeanerTogether is not a medical service. All content, coaching messages, calorie targets, fitness guidance, and nutritional information provided are for general informational and educational purposes only.
The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the App should be considered a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified physician, dietitian, or other licensed healthcare provider.
Before starting any weight loss, fitness, or dietary programme, especially if you have any existing medical conditions, please consult a qualified doctor or physician. This is particularly important if you have diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, or any other chronic health condition.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and onboarding. Providing false information may result in inaccurate coaching recommendations.
LeanerTogether is currently offered free of charge with full access to all features. We may introduce paid plans in the future; if we do, pricing, billing cycles, and cancellation terms will be communicated clearly before any charge applies.
We reserve the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice. Refunds are handled at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching messages. These messages are generated by AI systems and may not always be perfectly accurate or appropriate for your specific situation. AI coaching is a supplement to, not a replacement for, professional human guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Holding Hands Singapore shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
