By accessing or using LeanerTogether ("the App"), operated by LEANERTOGETHER PTE. LTD. (UEN 202630813G) ("we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
LeanerTogether is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition. Information is general wellness guidance, not medical advice. Consult a qualified healthcare professional for medical advice, diagnosis or treatment.
The LeanerTogether is not a medical service. All content, coaching messages, calorie targets, fitness guidance, and nutritional information provided are for general informational and educational purposes only.
The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the App should be considered a substitute for professional medical advice from a qualified physician, dietitian, or other licensed healthcare provider.
Before starting any weight loss, fitness, or dietary programme, especially if you have any existing medical conditions, please consult a qualified doctor or physician. This is particularly important if you have diabetes, heart disease, hypertension, or any other chronic health condition.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the App. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate and complete information during registration and onboarding. Providing false information may result in inaccurate coaching recommendations.
LeanerTogether has a Free plan. It includes unlimited food search, manual meal logging and barcode lookup, together with tracking for water, weight, steps and sleep. Your history, lessons, challenges and points are also available on Free.
Free includes 3 successful AI meal scans and 3 AI Coach replies in each Singapore calendar month. Your allowance resets on the date shown in the app. Unused allowances do not carry forward, and failed scans do not use your allowance.
LeanerTogether+ is an optional subscription, billed monthly or yearly. Both plans provide the monthly allowance of AI meal scans and AI Coach replies shown on the subscription screen. Before you subscribe, the app will show exactly what is included, the price you will pay and how often the subscription renews.
LeanerTogether+ is purchased in the LeanerTogether app: through the App Store using your Apple Account on iPhone and iPad, or through Google Play using your Google Account on Android. Apple or Google processes the payment. LeanerTogether receives the subscription status and transaction information needed to manage your Plus access, but we do not receive your full payment-card details.
Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each subscription period (each month or each year, depending on the plan you choose) at the price shown by the store unless you cancel it. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the renewal date in the store that bills you; on the App Store, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date through your Apple Account subscription settings.
Cancelling stops future renewals. Your Plus access will normally continue until the end of the subscription period you have already paid for.
Plus access is linked to the LeanerTogether account used when the purchase is made. You can use Plus on supported devices by signing in to the same LeanerTogether account. Restoring the purchase may also require the Apple Account or Google Account used for the original purchase.
Deleting your LeanerTogether account does not automatically cancel a subscription billed by Apple or Google Play. Cancel your subscription in the store that bills you before deleting your LeanerTogether account.
Refund requests for App Store purchases must be submitted to Apple, which decides whether a refund is available under its policies and applicable law; LeanerTogether cannot directly approve or issue a refund for a payment processed by Apple. Refund requests for Google Play purchases can be made to Google under Google Play's refund policies; you may also contact us, and any refund we agree to is issued through Google Play.
If the price of LeanerTogether+ changes, Apple or Google will provide the notice required under its rules and will request your agreement where required. We may also notify you through the app or your registered email address.
A one-to-one consultation with Chin Hock is a separate paid service. It is not included in LeanerTogether+ and must be booked and paid for separately.

The App uses artificial intelligence to generate coaching messages. These messages are generated by AI systems and may not always be perfectly accurate or appropriate for your specific situation. AI coaching is a supplement to, not a replacement for, professional human guidance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LEANERTOGETHER PTE. LTD. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
